Riding Lessons

Beginner lessons - Private Only - $30.00 per hour.

For children over 4 years old ~ Lessons are not only fun, it helps in the development of coordination, concentration and confidence.

I teach about horses/ponies and their care and how to ride. Yes, they may even muck a stall. They start out with no saddle and learn how to balance and use their legs and voice to direct the pony. During lessons the pony will be on a lead line in the exercise ring. Eventually students will use reins and then a saddle. I keep it fun with games and a positive attitude. Students MUST have a riding helmet. Old clothes and shoes are fine, I recommend jeans. No shorts or capri pants. Call for more information.
